"Hi, my name is Sandra Mealey BSN, RN. I started as the new Director of Nursing here at Chamberlain this past January. I have been a psychiatric nurse prior to joining the Chamberlain School. I look forward to keeping the Chamberlain community healthy and informed".

Sandy is described by her colleagues as hard working, dedicated and passionate about keeping the Chamberlain community healthy! Nurse's Appreciation Week was May 6-12. This is a week where we reflect on the values in which nurses and caregivers across the world embody. Nurses are essential!

My greatest accomplishment: raising my four children to be productive, respectful adults and nurturing my 27-year marriage

Favorite memory from high school: enjoying the football games with my friends

Advice for FLC students: stay focused on how far you have come and celebrate the small victories. Try to move yourself out of your comfort zone and try something new; this is where growth happens.
